Lately my COO always ask me to join meeting with my GM and my director. And yesterday when meeting with my team. He said to the forum that team and to give some data to me. And he said that i'm is the headmaster. And today. In a lunch meeting. He said to me again in the front of my superlatives. He point me to become a Headmaster again. To make the team do the target and efficiently. I said "YES SIR" and i dont know why he ask me to do that. But i am sure that he ask me cause he trust me. I am glad to hear and got the responsibilty. But one thing. How i become a good headmaster for the team. I need to make some breakthrough and how to analyze efficiently. It is not easy but it is a challenge. The question is are you wanna be a problem solver or opportunity giver to become a headmaster ? I will answer it when i do the daily things. Wish me luck
