italian cuisine

so i wanna try to review oneof italian cuisine that i ate in dinner today. actally i spent it alone and have adinner alone is not good at all. totally., so instead i just eat, i also wrote this blog. so today i ate. creme de fungi (mushroom soup) and spinaci ravioli (spinach pasta) with carrot, brocolli, and pieces of chicken breast with cheesy sauce.


the soup is nice, but i also tried in one of thefine dining restaurant, the one that i ate is still not good enough, not perfecto. but, it depend the chef and the prices. anyway for the first time i eat this kind of vegetables pasta, so the pasta is greenish colour. and the taste of thespinach is still there. so it doesnt loose the spinach taste. the greenish pasta is like the greennoodles, ithink it used the same based i gredient : spinach. but one of my favourite restaurant that i used to eat, doesnt taste the spinach at all. only the greenish colour, :)


i like italian cuisine, but not like the pizza hut style, a mass product food. and it already suit to indonesian taste, and the taste of olive is gone... the good one of italian cuisine that i taste until now, is the strong spices. and lots of cheese. my favourite.

i still curious about the italian dessert, is gelato alsoa dessert. maybe you can help me about it, i wanna share this culinary experience.


salmone pepperonata (grilled salmon) is good also. love it. the pizza is good too, if you ate in the real italian restaurant, not the mass product one.

Judul di atas pasti agak familiar bila saudara termasuk yang senang maen game fighting. Tagline itu diambil dari serial games STREET FIGHTER yang populer di tahun 1990-an (dan sampai sekarang), ketika ada pemain baru yang akan menantang pemain petahana (Defender) Saya bahas Here Comes A New Challenger ini dalam kaitannya dengan adanya pegawai baru yang masuk di kantor, dan kita merasa bahwa nih pegawai baru masuk bakal jadi saingan ku nih. Kenapa saya bahas ? Ya karena saya mengalami. Posisi saya terusik dengan adanya pegawai baru, yang notabene mungkin kapasitas dan kemampuannya diatas kita atau bisa jadi dibawah kita. Nah paling repot kalau pegawai baru yang masuk itu menduduki posisi diatas kita, dan lebih muda dari kita. Sudah deh, pasti akan timbul pemikiran, nih anak masih muda, bau kencur, gak bisa apa-apa dan pikiran pikiran negatif yang lain. Wajar kah ? Ya Wajar dong itu terjadi. Toh memang itu membuat kita merasa tidak nyaman, dan dia masuk di teritorial kita yang nya...

Break The Routines

For 5 working days, you passed the same road. You met the same newspaper guy with that morning smile You listen to the same radio  And you park your car or motorcycle in the same position like yesterday or day before. Why we're doing routines ? Is there any possibilities to break the routines, yes there is... But it make us do more effort than the usual. I've read a book, and there's a man that each day, he is going to office, using different path that he already used yesterday. To break his routines. Break the routines, will make us got a chance to had new experience. It might you had the flat tire when you travel to the office, but give opportunity to for you to learn the workshop around that can repaired your flat tire. It might you stop to one of the bakery store that you haven't known, and you got your new favorite pastries. And it might.... you resign for your current job and have fun. You might had new challenge ahead because of...
