something that i like when i'm waiting in this starbucks, is i've got a personal time in my table. its just only me, my green tea latte with soy and music that i heard in my mobile phone. and everytime i went to starbucks, i bring something new. i mean new activity that i've done. first is just only abook, and then when i have galaxy tab. i start to write in the blog, likei do right now. its just a small tjing that ive done, to enjoy myself.  and what i observe with some people who come to starbucks, tend they have a meeeting, or maybe just small tlaking with their friends with their enjoying their coffee.but less people had activity such as reading, or cause it not their habiit. i dont know either. but in the crowd, you can still enjoy of the personal time. 

My resolution for 2012 about fighting for Human Resources is finally achieved last April. About asking raising for my coworker, and also about myself. And about the finalisation about the status of my coworker to become a fixed employee. Somehow, i believe a leader is a person who know the capability of his team and encourage them to do the best, and they will do the best beyond your expectation. That what i believed. It's not how big the precentage of the raise (well, it affect also), but they know how you fight, and they will know that they are part of the team, and they feel "I'm exist and I'm part of this whole company process". If you fight for them, i believe that they will do beyond. What next step, is to provide more human capital that beyond expectation. I exactly don't have any idea at all. How the company see us as a capital asset. What if we work in the company that dont think a employee is a capital asset ? What should we do about it. Quit your job and find a better company that treat and respect you as a capital asset. Is it easy. I don't think so... So, the worst part is when you work in a company that say that employee is capital asset, but you don't feel it that way, yeah it reflect how they pay you. Why is so hard a company to give a good salary or facilites to the their employee, if you have a standard and bla bla bla about competency skill and sort of, it means that you already prepare for giving the good one. I don't say that about high paymnet or else, but you give the properly and it's been a standard in similar companies. MONEY... HMMMM.... Totally it give me a headache and also make me think more (All the time, even in my dream also) about how the company respect me by given of my salari...

so i wanna try to review oneof italian cuisine that i ate in dinner today. actally i spent it alone and have adinner alone is not good at all. totally., so instead i just eat, i also wrote this blog. so today i ate. creme de fungi (mushroom soup) and spinaci ravioli (spinach pasta) with carrot, brocolli, and pieces of chicken breast with cheesy sauce. the soup is nice, but i also tried in one of thefine dining restaurant, the one that i ate is still not good enough, not perfecto. but, it depend the chef and the prices. anyway for the first time i eat this kind of vegetables pasta, so the pasta is greenish colour. and the taste of thespinach is still there. so it doesnt loose the spinach taste. the greenish pasta is like the greennoodles, ithink it used the same based i gredient : spinach. but one of my favourite restaurant that i used to eat, doesnt taste the spinach at all. only the greenish colour, :) i like italian cuisine, but not like the pizza hut style, a mass product food...

Okay, i had  already in the office right now. And one thing if you've gotten to early go to the office and skip your breakfast, it for sure you spend your breakfast in the office. So, what i think a nice breakfast in the office is in this list, one of my favourites : 1. A cup of tea (Without Sugar). Tea Option : English Breakfast, Jasmine Tea, or Javanese Tea. or my      favourite : Peppermint 2. Nasi Pecel 3. Nasi Kuning Banjar 4. Instant Noodles with Spicy Flavour 5. A Cake !!! Small Bites of cheesecake will brighten your days ! Peppermint tea Bunch of Small Bites of Cakes :) Or many more, cause i think breakfast is important to refill your energy and boosting up your spirits for a whole day. Have a nice breakfast !

it's a brigthful saturday morning. wake up @0445 am and preparing myself for a city cycling tour with my church fellow. we're gather in front of GKI ruungkut asri church. 5 peoples ready to start our journey to central surabaya in taman bungkul. which is a place where the bikers (note : using bycicle) gathers. one more thing, there's a term which known as ' NGGOWES' , an activity that the byciclist do. the term from the words 'gowes', a slank words for cycling in indonesian. so we,re start @0615 am, and start our journey. i'm using my mountainbike. were begin from rungkut, panjang jiwo street, rayanginden, ngagel, darmokali and then go to taman bungkul. taman bungkul is crowded with the bikers, some people just talking with their friends, others have a breakfast, and some people join the workout. its a lively place with different kind of pwople and lots of activity. and the trees is magnificent and make the ambience calm and breezy. after had a b...

A great missing for entire world. are we..? i think what will missing is can Apple be a great innovator for next product.. ? a leader for new  gadget and everything that help us works, have fun, communicate and socialize. are people afraid that apple will lost the WOW effect that they do in the last 10 years. and their life maybe become ordinary again. i only know steve by his product only. i bought my 1st apple product about 6 years ago. an ipod nano. still monochrome, but it damn good. and itunes in my computer, so i can play my favourite song. and until now, my apple product is still a dreaming, why. .? cause i choose another product that fit for me right now. i like his concept 'Stay hungry, stay foolish' cause it determined your passions and what will you do right now. if you stop, and your dream will fade and then lost. and how he act th...
